A few weeks ago MySpace admitted to losing most of its music library. Some users were upset, some didn’t care. All I can say is, if you didn’t back up your MySpace stuff yet – you most likely never will and should be okay with the idea of losing it. If you’re not okay losing it – you’ve got a project to do sooner rather than later.

Anyways, PC Magazine is reporting that roughly 50 million songs were recovered.

Apparently the MySpace Music Dragon Hoard had a 1.3TB collection that was an archive of MP3s from 2008 to 2010. (I shit you not.) Apparently it is only a little bit of the missing music, but that’s something.
